What this actually is
01Three working sessions, one week apart at minimum. The first runs 90 minutes, then two 60 minute sessions.
Not a course. Not a plan you have to go run yourself. Your consultant runs all three sessions with you personally, in your accounts, on your real work. The build team works behind the scenes between sessions, so every minute of every session goes to your business.
By the end you have one real system running, and you have decided whether you want to keep going.

What we need from you in session one
Bring the accounts and credentials for anything we are touching: website, email, social, CRM, booking. The faster we have access, the faster you see this working.

- Half to start, half at the final session, after the work is built and you can see it. The price holds. The payment can flex.
- What comes after
- Activation is the entry point to our Core partnership at $2,500 per month, where we keep building and running systems with you. No pressure. You decide once the first system is live.
